I think a lot of people buy software or hosted CRM/ERP etc based on features they imagine they will use or need, but they over-pay, over-train, over-learn, and over-spend time, frequently wasting resources that could be applied toward marketing and selling.

I'm biased, of course--SalesWorks is free CRM that's simple, but very powerful. Would love to hear what you think of it.</description>
